First time buying a car from Vertu. I must say I was very impressed from start to finish. Cameron Dias-Thorburn was very attentive, enthusiastic and polite, he was clearly very knowledgeable about the product, and helped us purchase our car. A huge thank you to Cameron.

Car booked in for 0900 , vehicle hadn,t moved by 1530 no update, appalling. Worst customer service on the planet.

Vertumotors Carlisle Service dept.
Got a Peugeot 3008 via Motability from them in September 2024.
Multiple issues none of which they seems capable of fixing. Always vague about what’s actually been done or say oh a number of updates, when ask for details they promise to email copy but never do. Two weeks ago RAC found 3 pages of faults and had to take car to garage. Next day they claimed fixed, yet still issues with central locking .Now cannot access car as neither set of keys work and back waiting on RAC. Ask to speak to manager and service staff simply pass you to a colleague and nothing is done.
Motability had to pay for me to have a hire car for 4 days to enable me to get to hospital appointments and now with latest fault I cannot even unload my mobility scooter to enable me to get around locally.
Verity care nothing about service and the impact their incompetence has on life of people.
I have complained about their service to Motability as disabled people need a much more reliable company than this shower.
Friday 4/7 well how are you doing?me ?I am still without my car,still without my scooter and of course out of pocket taking taxis to hospital etc.
Vertu motors Carlisle Remain silent despite reply to this review An utter lack of customer care . I am leasing a car I cannot use,I will be out of pocket as I paid almost 3 k advanced payment and adaptations,now need to pay 2,500 for a new car plus as hoist needs to be transferred I’ll again be out of pocketas it can only be transferred.so 6 years plus now becomes 3 years life.
Of course what does that matter to Vertu motors and their staff?
They claim to care about Motability customers but do not.
7/7 RAC failed to collect car and take it to garage but never fear Vertu motors have texted me to assure me that they are currently working on my car and will let me know when it’s ready to collect.🤷‍♀️
Monday7/7 Vertu motors texted me to inform me to acknowledge receipt ogpf my vehicle and to say they’d be back in touch when they had update.
Interesting as my car is still sitting in my driveway!
