Piss poor communication from the service dept!!
Brought a peugeot 3008 gt october 2024 and in may this year i had the fan module go after 7 months of owning it, I went in and made an appointment for may 7th in which i took it in and waited 3 hours to be told the module had broke so they needed to order 1 in...2 weeks later the part was in via a text message so i rang to book an appointment and the earliest was 23rd june at 1015am.I took the car in 0950 as my car was booked for 1015am,i waited an hour and 25 mins and my car had'nt moved until the service desk chap came out and told me that they couldnt fit the part because of the left handed accellerator had to be removed to fit the module, i was asked if i needed a lift home and that i would contacted later that day (23rd june) if not the next morning. I heard nothing on 24th june so i rang up the garage for an update 3 times on the option 2 with no answer! In the end i rang up and spoke to the sales team so they could put me through, i spoke to a chap for a progress update and he told me that my car was done and he would get somebody to ring me to pick me up and collect my car before he left, an hour and half later still no phone call so i rang up sales and spoke to a women who went to chase up my driver and the driver rang me up saying he was outside and went to collect my car in which the cleaned inside and outside my car before i picked it up. The biggest issue that this service department has is no communication with the customer and that i had to call several times to get an update....piss poor communication from them, i dont hold out much hope for me when my car gets serviced.!!

Excellent customer service
Myself and my daughter were looking for a new motability car. We popped into the Exeter branch on the off chance of test driving a car. We were met by a lovely lady Lucy Rees. Her customer service was impeccable. She was attentive as well as informative. Nothing was too much trouble. She allowed us time to look around the car we were interested in and arranged a test drive there and then. Even though we decided to not go for the peugeot in the end, I have to commend them on their attention to detail. Even the emails sent to check in with us after our visit.
