I had a fantastic experience with Callum and Matthew at Vertu Peugeot. They were both extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They were always happy to answer any questions I had and were very patient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole experience of buying my car really easy and stress-free.

Absolutely the worst garage to ever…
Absolutely the worst garage to ever use. Dropped one of our work vans off for service recall, collected it yesterday and then one of our lads noticed oil dropping all over a clients carpark. I called them and was told to bring it down and they would look at it. I went down there to see them as I was unhappy with this and they simply gave me 2lts of oil and told me to drive it down tomorrow even though we advised them there was no oil in the engine. Very angry client now wants their carpark sorting and one of our lads having to get a £60 taxi home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE.
We will never be purchasing any more vehicles from this company.

Both the service manager and myself was off yesterday.
I have since spoken with Elvis at the garage where your vehicle is currently located. He has confirmed that the washer has failed, and that the bung had been correctly tightened, the failed washer unfortunately has led to this issue.
I would like to apologise that it was recommended the vehicle be driven, we will be covering the cost of the repair, including the replacement bung and oil/ steam cleaning.

Our sales advisor was more than helpful, for instance, the car we were thinking of buying had been sold the day before our appointment, so he searched other branches for the same model and was successful, in fact the car he found was even better than the original one we wanted. He was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail without being pushy (pushy normally puts us off dealing with a company). Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we shall continue using Peugeot Northampton for any future purchases.
