From initial call to picking up the vehicle, it was simple, fast and not the usual back and forth trying to achieve a good price. Josh was friendly and easy to ask questions and got all the admin side sorted seamlessly. All in all, great service and would definitely use this garage again.

Used car purchase at Vertu Skoda, Nottingham
Josh Harris, sales executive, listened to what we wanted from a car and guided us towards our purchase by clearly explaining our options and giving us the time and space to come to our decision - which took several days! Josh also gave us a very thorough handover explaining all the unfamiliar features of our new car. Thank you for the coffees and biscuits too.

Mixed bag but Aaron is a great sales associate
Have always used vertu as I trust the reputation. I have not ever been disappointed. My experience with vertu Nottingham has however been mixed and a long road to get the car I need and to the standard I expect from the group, I would advise particular caution when buying a used car particularly for distance sales. However, one individual got it all sorted. Aaron is absolutely amazing. Such a kind and considerate sales associate, listens, understands and advised to the best of his ability. Cannot fault Aaron's customer service at all - I know who I will be buying my next car from!

Rehan was Very welcoming and knowledgeable of the vehicle which I was buying. Then I had a test drive which was good to get feel of the vehicle which I then purchased.
