Choosing my New Tuition Vehicle
We called in at Vertu Motors (Toyota) Barnsley to look at the 2026 Toyota Yaris Excel. I was looking for a new tuition Vehicle as a self employed driving instructor. The service we received was Excellent from James Hare, his Customer service was friendly, helpful and informative about the Car, not pushy in any way. we paid 2-3 visits over a couple of weeks, and went out on a test drive each time.

Purchased a car from vertu Barnsley the customer service was excellent. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The showroom was clean welcoming and bright with a coffee machine. Had 3 test drives never felt rushed and there was no pressure selling. Andrei the salesperson was so easy to speak with and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and give Barnsley vertu 10 out of 10 a great experience.

Very patient and friendly sales service by Simon who took his time to discuss options and add ons.
Simon was very knowledgeable and gave my mum the confidence to make the change from petrol to hybrid.
He also went above and beyond by ordering a bouquet of flowers on my request.

I was buying a new car and Simon had everything prepared and ready for me to sign. The car was set up for me to drive away, Simon set up my phone and sorted the Toyota app. I was offered several cups of coffee and all the staff were friendly.
