Changing Car for New Model
All staff in the dealership are very friendly and welcoming, the receptionist is very helpful and always offers refreshments and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The girls at the Servicing area are very friendly and efficient and keep you updated on the progress of your car. The Sales Executive Tom Kent was very personable and from the first telephone conversation I felt he was trustworthy. As a single older woman it is very important for me not to feel intimidated or inferior when changing cars and Tom certainly made me feel I was worth listening to. The whole process from beginning to end went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Vertu dealership to my female friends.

Professional and great service
Tom took videos and sent information on a car i was interested in. He came with me for a test drive and showed me all the features the car has . He helped me to get everything set up to collect my new car with ease. When I got the car it was looking fantastic. Shining and looked like brand new. I was very happy with everything professional service from everyone involved.

He didn't push us to buy anything and listened to our preferences and made helpful suggestions.
He went out of his way to get us the car we wanted and even spent time on his day off to facilitate our purchase. Super customer service indeed.

Second time as a customer at Vertu Toyota Glasgow and always well looked after. Maurice asked what I was looking for and then matched this with the spec of the car. Felt comfortable as we negotiated the terms and delighted to agree on the sale. Maurice was patient and attentive and explained everything. After sales care is always excellent too. Customer Service was brilliant
Customer Service was brilliant. Tom Kent at the Glasgow branch was so helpful and patient while we compared options for finance, we had our dog with us and he said we could bring her in, water bowl and treats provided too.
We managed to get a good price for trade in for our used car and drive away a new car the same day. Hassle free.
