I found the customer service at Toyota…
I found the customer service at Toyota Sheffield to be excellent, on all occasions, firstly with the Motability car for my daughter and then with the purchase, a week later of a car for myself to replace the 10 year old Toyota that I had done a very high mileage in but had been incredibly reliable nonetheless.
Jordan was particularly helpful in giving advice that I felt genuinely focused on what we needed, not on the best Sale.

Vertu toyota sheffield are very welcoming and helpful team from the greeter ,salesmen up to the manager.
Our salesman James is a very patient friendly man.
Both myself and my husband are in our 70s and suffer from anxiety.
James did not rush us, he put us both at ease. He spent time explaining everything to us from the paperwork down to how the car operates.It is our first hybrid car so we needed extra help.
His knowledge and patience is outstanding and I would recommend vertu toyota sheffoeld to anyone considering buying their next car from them.

Professional and competitively priced.
I bought a used Yaris from Vertu. The price was competitive and the trade-in value of my old car better than I expected. The sales staff were helpful and never pushy. The sales process was smooth and the after sales service excellent.

Good service, not pushy.
The salesperson (Ross) was very helpful and not pushy. Although I was told I could collect the car the following day when I arrived I was told it still required an MOT. However the manager came and apologised and organised a loan car for me to use until my car was ready.

Excellent customer swrvice
Jordan at sheffield vertu was very knowledgeable and very patient. He took time with us to explain and set up all the settings and features. It was a pleasure doing buisness with vertu.
The only criticism was the valeting, even though Jordan sent it back for areas missed we did find that the rear centre pull down console was still mucky inside, but no worries we sorted it.
Still give it 5 stars for customer service.
