Good experience all round..
I had been looking for a suitable car for a few weeks, and had narrowed the search down to a possible 4 or 5 cars all unseen.
I had previously seen one at virtue Chesterfield but not the “right” one.
After a long day of travelling and looking at all the cars on my short list we ended up at Virtue Toyota in Sheffield.
There was a good selection of quality used Toyota Yaris and one particular car stood out to us.
There was an event day and the place was quite busy, even though it was late in the afternoon.
We were approached by Richard the salesman who was happy to help us immediately. The car was as opened and we were left to look at our own speed.
After an inspection and confirming the dynamic price we took a test drive. A good route is used. Including hills which is important in Sheffield.
My wife had never driven an automatic car and Richard was very patient and accommodating. No rush.
I then drove it and a purchase was agreed.Deal done.
As it was late in the day it went past closing time but again not a problem at all.
We waited for a call to update us as there was a minor cosmetic job to do which was done without issue and to a high standard.
All aspects of the purchase were explained with options being offered but no hard sell which I despise.
A number of options were offered for collection and I selected Saturday morning as it was the most convenient.
The car was ready and waiting.
We were greeted by the showroom host, a lovely lady whose name I forget sorry, a big smile, an offer of coffee and a friendly chat while the hand over was prepared.
I negotiated a service plan too thanks to “Steve “ I think. I’m bad with names to maintain the Toyota warranty.
A special mention to the cleaner who was cleaning the place too, she was so lovely and polite to my mum who had given me a lift to get the car.
The place is immaculate!
All round it was a very positive experience, no pressure, no rush and all round genuinely nice service.
If you’re in the market for a new car and Toyota is what you’re after then go here.
I also have to mention two other Virtu dealerships who were also very good but just didn’t have the car for us. Those are Virtu VW in Mansfield and Virtu Toyota in Chesterfield.
Like I said, good service, no pressure, fair price, great staff. Thumbs up. 👍

Superb service!

My experience with buying a car from Vertu, Sheffield was brilliant
I walked in late Saturday around 5pm and found a car i liked and by Monday tea time I was driving it away
I had a lovely and very helpful salesman called Ethan guide me all the way through the process

I had been looking for a new/used car and had been to a few places and had good and bad experiences of tge customer service. We went to Vertu and were treated extremely well as soon as we walked in by the lovely Theresa who welcomed us and did all she could to make us comfortable. Introduced to Richard, who was a gentleman, no pressure , just good advice and knowledgeable. We test drove few cars and it was a pleasant experience, decided on a car and the whole process was made easier by the staff at Vertu who were a pleasure to deal with. I would have no problem with recommending Vertu Sheffield to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. An extremely pleasant experience and feel really happy with my purchase and how we were treated through the whole car buying experience- thank you to you all .
