Used car sales- see Maria Wharton!
Just bought our new car from Vertu and wanted to say a huge thanks to Maria Wharton for all her assistance in getting this over the line.
Upon first enquiry Maria kindly sent us over a video of the car and we booked in to visit the next day.
Maria was very courteous and helpful and everything was done and dusted over a few days to enable us to pick up the new car today.
We hadn’t noticed a scratch on the bonnet, Maria did and was up front about this straight away and went out of her way to let us know it had been noticed and was being sorted at the bodyshop before we left the garage.
Whilst the scratch was being sorted we wandered to the local shops and Maria even offered to come pick us up when the car was ready!
Upon handover Maria showed us around the new car even pairing phones for us, nothing was too much trouble and we thank Maria for her assistance. She is a great asset to your team.

I think Maria requires a 10 star rating
Maria the sales executive who we ordered the car through was extremely helpful explaining clearly when we would expect to get our new car.
As it turned out I received a call from Maria on Wednesday to explain that there were delays and my new car delivery date would be more likely to be June to July.
She explained that they had the same model but in green in the showroom available for immediate delivery. She kindy sent me a video clip showing me the car so I could see the colour. I rang her back and arranged to see her that afternoon to sort out the paperwork.
Having completed the paperwork I was then able to collect my new car on Thursday 12th March

Abysmal customer service.
Abysmal customer service.
I went to buy a car from this company. They did not have the spec I wanted so was about to leave. The salesman then said he had this corsa which had the spec on. I wrote this down looked at the car and bought it.
I moved my insurance over to pick car up next day but I checked the car spec on the night it was totally different to what he told me.
I phoned dealer and eventually he phoned me back and was blaming me at first then admitted his mistake. He was really off with me on the call and made me feel worthless.
I have since been chasing a refund daily been told I will get it End of day daily.
I now have the refund but this experience has left me drained. This is a watered down version of how bad it was.
A company should have made more effort to support me with this.
I have logged a complaint and emailed the CEO and Verity Hall
I will update this feedback on how they deal with the complaint

I have got the cost of changing my car insurance back but feel they should have gone further.
Company should be judged on how they deal with issues and I hope my feedback spares people from this bad service in the future

I did agree to close the complaint but I was not happy with it or the overall experience.
Let's put this down to a bad egg experience and move on.

Received attentive service from Mark he was pleasant to deal with,,kept us informed via phone calls,emails sending all information on agreed verbal sale.
