Vertu Volvo Plymouth, a 10/10
I was looked after by both Seb and Matt. Saying they looked after us is an understatement.
They both went above and beyond to do everything they possibly could to help. Even after we messed them around a couple times, they did not bat an eyelash.
Matt and Seb were informative, kind, caring and genuine every step of the way. They helped and advised us through all stages and ensured everything was as perfect as can be. They are still looking after us even after our purchase.
The whole team were actually amazing, I just mainly delt with the two mentioned. I cannot recommend Vertu Volvo plymouth enough.
If you need a new car and you want a fantastic experience where you are well looked after, go see the team in the Plymouth branch. Guaranteed 10/10 experience.

Professional, calm, polite, friendly service with an impressive amount of knowledge for what they are selling.
George was polite, friendly and had excellent knowledge regarding the car and able to answer immediately any questions we had.
We were kept informed throughout the purchase by regular emails and phone calls. We had a two hour change over which made sure we would drive away confidently with the technology that was very new to us! We must have tested George’s patience but he remained calm, professional, friendly and polite throughout. After the purchase, George phoned a couple of days later to see if we had any questions.
We found the show room very calm and displayed really well so you didn’t feel intimidated when walking in (the coffee (& hot chocolate) machine were lovely).

Great service from George Burke
Great service from George Burke who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Volvo were offering some great deals with a really competitive PCP interest rate. The XC40 ultra is a fantastic car and ticks all the boxes. The Plymstock site may be small in comparison to other dealers, but effective all the same.
