Good customer service
Charlotte at Taunton Volvo so was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was very friendly and we felt an instant connection with her. Unlike other sales people she wasn’t ‘scripted’ and had a natural way of building a rapport. All very clear and easy. I didn’t think I was going to buy a car straight away but she made it easy for me!

Outstanding Vertu Volvo Taunton
Visited Vertu Volvo Taunton after seeing a great looking XC40 on their website. I had already received some info and a video kindly supplied by Bella.
We were met by Ryan who throughout the process was friendly and professional. We then went for a test drive on a route that allowed me to really experience the car.
Rich then explained all the financial options open to us and we went ahead and purchased the vehicle and a service plan.
A week later and as we live some distance away and arrived by train, Ryan kindly collected us from the station and we then completed the deal. Extremely satisfied with the vehicle, the customer service and the general feeling when dealing with Vertu Volvo Taunton.
