Had a really positive experience buying…
Had a really positive experience buying our brand new Volvo. Decided to part exchange our previous vehicle which we received a much better price than elsewhere. Customer service was spot on, didn’t feel pressured during the whole process. The staff allowed us to look around on our own and answer any questions we had. The whole process was smooth and all the staff relentlessly chased Volvo directly to allow handover to come as soon as possible.

We have just purchased our 5th XC60 from VERTU Volvo Truro. Our association with Volvo in Penryn and Truro goes back a generation. Over the years staff have become friends. Our salesman Chris Chapman,a relatively new member of staff, was excellent in guiding us through all the tasks which are exclusively dealt with by the internet. It must be said dealing with the Volvo system was not straightforward but Chris sorted the numerous queries immediately as and when they happened. He was always on hand to guide us through the numerous bells and whistles with our new car which we are delighted to with.

Very welcoming staff who were very approachable and helpful, the forecourt and showrooms were impeccable.
