Awesome experience

I called an made a payment, and had awesome in counter with the lady that took my payment. Don’t offend have a such a great experience but her customer service skills are wonderful.

Best customer service. Personalized and courteous

Verve card needed some additional information regarding my address which was delayed due to an upload issue. I mailed them the information and after a lapse of more than two months my card was reopened after I spoke to the customer service. I’m impressed with the level of personalized customer service I received. The representative was polite and courteous. Excellent example of superb customer service.Verve card is highly recommended in credit card industry space
