I bought a PC which worked A-OK, but during configuration, I accidentally trashed the system disk. My fault. I sent it back, and Very PC fixed it free of charge, as "a gesture of good will". 😯😀 I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have used Wroxham Computer Services for years and every time I have rung Luke with a poorly PC, he has waved his magic wand and sorted the problems out. This week was no exception. As I run two businesses from home, I rely on my PC for everything and it was really not playing ball. I have been a customer with VeryPC for 12 years and have always been really pleased with their machines and customer service. I am now on my third machine I have bought from them. I recently had a problem with windows and took the opportunity not only to have this fixed but to have an upgrade. The three staff who dealt with this matter were first rate, great communication, dealt with the matter quickly and with excellent customer service throughout. Just received my computer back and could not be more happy with the difference the upgrades have made.

I was chuffed that the Monitor I'd settled on - which turns out to be good value - was listed on VeryPC's website, as they were top of Ethical Consumer's list. It arrived the next business day.
The standard cable that the monitor came with (direct from the manufacturer) wasn't compatible with my setup, but I filled in the online form and a lovely chap got back to me straight away, and posted out a connection cable I could use. It arrived the following day and I was up and running.
