I have been client with VeryChic since 4 years and travelling with their recommendation on 4 and 5* hotels around the world I never haven been disappointed, in contrary, often the reality was better as the pictures presented prior departure. Presently I stay with my wife in Maldives on the island of Kooddoo in the Mercure Kooddoo Resort apon reservation with VeryChic and again I can just strongly recommend this place.

Read the reviews here AFTER I booked our hotel, so I was nervous about whether my booking would be ok - had absolutely no problems. However I didn't have any dealings with customer service or any issues on arrival at the hotel, we might just have been lucky

Like most of the others who wrote reviews here, we will never use Very Chic again. They are unable to guarantee their own reservations. We booked on their site, got a confirmation that all was booked, on that basis, we got our (non-refundable) air tickets, only to learn, from the hotel - VC were clueless - that they were full for the time when we booked and Very Chic’s “confirmation” was not valid as they had not coordinated with the hotel. VC then strung us along for 17 days (!), was, in the end, unable to offer any alternative, and just left us to fend on our own. This was after we gave them a second chance after it turned that a booking we made a few months earlier was also not well communicated to the hotel and the room was inferior to what we had booked (and gotten confirmed) though VC. In other words, these people have no clue what they are doing and are totally unreliable. No compensation or any customer service to speak of. Never again!

What a scam!
I travelled to Rajasthan/India with VeryChic this year. They work with a badly rated tour operator (Thalasso numero 1 5/10) which more than deserves their rating: itinerary completely changed on arrival, switch of a 5 stars in Dehli by a airport basic hotel an hour from the center, skipping of diner we actually paid for,... The customer service of VeryChic was clueless and not able to help.
To be AVOIDED!
