Can’t believe I’m in the same boat as all these other people! Surely this is legal action that should be taken now as it’s THEFT!! No contact from them on every platform. They’re still posting on social media and they have my dresses that I HAVE PAID FOR!!!!!! We need to do something!!!!!
On 2023-11-27, I purchased clothes worth 1830, believing it was a Swedish & trustworthy website. The delivery took loooong time, there was no customer service number, and communication was only through email.
The quality of products were so poor that I decided to return the order, they asked me to pay the return shipping 220kr (PostNord)myself while it said free return on the website, surprisingly the return address was in China. I returned the items on December 23rd, after all the pictures they asked for from me, but as of now, I haven't received a refund. Despite several follow-ups, they keep on delaying the refund, citing issues with Klarna, even though I didn't use Klarna for payment. Checking Trustpilot revealed that others have faced similar issues with this fraudulent website.
Today they have removed all the products from their website!
