Had an excellent experience with Hug life. @Jason Wong went above and beyond to get us the right cover.

Had an amazing experience after struggling to get the right cover. Helen @Hug Life went above and beyond to ensure I received the cover I needed. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants the right life cover without fears they are going to be pressured into taking out a policy that doesn’t fit their needs.

Very thankful that a lad called Oliver from hug life rang me when he did as I’ve been wanting to sort a better life insurance out. He told me he could help me receive a better deal and that I did. He made sure I understood it all and was there to help along the way, nice one mate.

Jason was really informative. He went through multiple different options and made sure I got what I was looking for.

I had a call with Jason Wong, and he reviewed my cover which needed updating due to me recently having a baby.
Jason went through everything thoroughly and found the cover at a reasonable price. I also struggled to find some information whcih was required and Jason advised that he would give me time to find the info and would call me back the following week. Jason followed through on this and we managed to get everything completed. Great service overall and really happy.

I received a call from Kelly and as usual wasn't very eager to checky insurance but something was different. Kelly wasn't pushy just professional and polite. So I went through with her and she actually saved me money and got the cover I wanted!
