I am still waiting for the product to be delivered although the money has already
being taken out of my account.
Medicines for my dog didn’t turn up and request for refund ignored. Had to raise a dispute with credit card company to get a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Only 3 stars because after 3 emails and 1 telephone call, i finally managed to get my order despatched. Communication on their part that let them down. Had they contacted me earlier and explained the administrative reason for late despatch, no doubt i would have left 5 stars.
However, i will certainly give them a second chance 👍
