VEVOR 80w Co2 laser

The laser arrived at the end of September 2025 and initially stopped working after the first use. This issue was raised with Vevor, who were responsive at the time; however, they were unable to provide a replacement part, which I had to source and purchase myself online. I was offered and accepted compensation for this inconvenience.

Following the repair, the laser worked well until recently, when it stopped functioning again after approximately eight months of use. Unfortunately, attempts to obtain support have been extremely disappointing. I appear to be stuck in an automated email loop, and the chat function has gone unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. I have uploaded videos of the issue on two separate occasions, yet after more than two weeks, I have still not received a meaningful response from a person or resolution, I’m just reminded to be patient.

At this stage, I have had to seek assistance from an independent technician at my own expense. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering a company that provides reliable after-sales support beyond the initial 30-day return or refund period. Sadly, I have little confidence that this matter will be resolved satisfactorily.

【VEVOR Ticket #1778232896875】I purchased three times from Vevor. This is the third time and the only negative experience so far  The problem I’m having is with a courier service they use called Yun Express This delivery company is not Trustworthy, or reliable. They have a fake delivery attempt twice one for this particular item from Vevor And also from a different company. They said they try attempted A delivery but failed and stated they left a card. I know 100% this is untrue. This happened twice on the same day. Both items said the same thing and I was the front room of my house all day so I know that this was a fake delivery attempt. No card was left and no one came to my front door.   I believe that VEVOR Should refrain from using this courier service completely they are a dishonest delivery service.

High quality, well priced products are well made, reliable and very fit for purpose.

High quality products that are well priced and always fit for purpose. Over the last 2 years I have bought several solar charge controllers, a power inverter, several food processing items, 2 tunnel hothouses, and more. All have met or exceeded expectations. Delivery times usually much better than average. The one delivery issue I had was handled promptly on enquiry. They are my "go to" supplier if they have a product I require.

Lock the gate!

Arrived a day later than expected but that did not present a problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight and quality of the product. It was relatively easy to install and I now have the security of a keyless lock on my gate.

I have purchased a couple of items from Vevor, but I was a bit worried because I hadn't used this company previously. I can assure you that their products are used world wide, and their items are of good quality and work well. I was impressed and don't have any doubts any longer. I received my items quickly and in good condition and very happy.

Get what you pay for

The item is definitely what i was after.
The only issue is the there is too much movement back and forth once the bike has been lifted, there needs to be a pin system to lock the lower wheels in place to stop them moving with the weight of the bike.

The product was first class and quality…

The product was first class and quality but the delivery was dreadful. Not their fault but they need to change to a reliable service. The courier left the large package in front of the house.
