misleading marketing

Disappointed by very misleading marketing by Vevor. The Vevor website clearly states free delivery (except in remote locations) in its marketing banner, so I decided to place an order for a tumbling composter of value 80Euros. However, when I went to the checkout I found a 20Euro delivery charge...when I investigated, I was shocked to find my home in the list of remote locations - I live in Athens, the capital city of a memberstate of the European Union!!! In what Universe can the capital city of an EU member state be considered remote??? Luckily I noticed the delivery charge that had been added just before I clicked the confirm button at the checkout - I stopped the order before it was too late. So, I will not be ordering from Vevor any time soon, unless they cahnge their delivery charges and stop regarding a european capital city as a remote location!!!

days of delay in…

Taking days and days of delay in processing the return/refund. It always takes 48 hrs to reply, and then more delays.
Still waiting for a response to requesting a return and refund, even after submitting the requested pictures of the problems with the shipped product.

Nope won't shop again.

good pricing.. problem is the product never arrived. after 3 weeks with no communication or delivery, I assumed it was not coming. thankfully I went through PayPal and they refunded it on the spot.

Darwish from Customer Support Ignored Ongoing Refund Issue

1★ – Poor experience, unresolved refund

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating buying experiences I’ve had.

My order was split into multiple packages. One went missing, and I was told several times by customer support that I would receive a full refund due to the issues. Instead, I have only received a partial refund, and the rest has not been processed.

I have contacted support multiple times and keep getting the same response: “refund has been issued, wait 3–14 days.” This has been repeated over and over without resolution. In my latest chat, the agent simply stopped replying.

Meanwhile, I am paying delay fees through Klarna because the refund has not been properly handled.

Summary:
- Promised full refund → only partial refund received
- Repeated delays with no actual resolution
- Support gives the same answers without checking properly
- Conversation abandoned without reply
- Causing financial inconvenience due to delayed refund

I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing this case. At this point, I cannot recommend buying from here unless you are prepared for serious issues if something goes wrong.
VEVOR reached out after my review and made efforts to address the issue. The situation was only partly resolved, but I appreciate that they responded and took steps to improve it. There is still room for improvement in communication and refund handling, but I wanted to update my review to reflect that they did respond and helped to some extent.

Chinese Scammers

Site does not have a cancel button. They do nothing but sell cheap dropshipped stuff. Made an unauthorized charge on my card that I will be disputing. Avoid at all costs you're better setting your money on fire.
