I purchased 2 retractable 100' garden hose and wanted them shipped to another address other than mine. I put in a ticket and they responded to me in 2 minutes on a Saturday night. The hoses were delivered on the Monday to the address that I changed to and the packages were in perfect condition. Unbelievable Customer Service and Shipping Department.

MISSING PARTS/USED
WELL, I ORDERED THE PEX A EXPANSION TOOL FOR A PARTICULAR PLUMBING JOB. {THANK GOD I HAD ANOTHER ONE.} IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME IN 3 DAYS IT CAME IN 6. WHEN IT ARRIVED THE STORAGE CASE WAS TIE STRAPPED. WHEN OPENED IT WAS USED AND THE 3 EXPANSION HEADS WERE MISSING.
WHEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GOT TO CHAT WITH SOMEONE THAT GAVE ROBOTIC ANSWERS. WHEN THE ROBOT SENT UPGRADED MY REQUEST TO A TEAM MEMBER I REPLIED THE SAME DAY WITH ALL PICTURES THEY REQUESTED. IM STILL WAITING AFTER 3 DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE. TO ALL THE PICTURES THEY REQUIRED. IM STILL WAITING 3 DAYS FOR A REPLY. YOU CANT COUNT ON COMPANIES LIKE VEVOR IF THERE IS EVER ANY ISSUE THE ORDER.

I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REPONSE AFTER THEY ANSWERED THIS REVIEW.
ALSO I PURCHASWD A REPLACEMENT HEAD FOR THIS UNIT. IT POWERS UP BUT WONT EXPAND.
SO THIS UNIT WAS NOT ONLY USED BUT NOT WORKING AS WELL.
I WILL STICK WITH MY MILLWAUKEE PRICEY BUT WORKS AND ANY PROBLEMS THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

Impossible to return an item when there is a problem. Offered me a half price refund instead of a return and refund. Item was unused and in original packaging, but was misrepresented on the website.
UPDATE NOTE: Vevor has since refunded the full amount without returning the product.

VEVOR has a wide range of products
VEVOR has a wide range of products. I have a small farm and have been using a lot of Stu. It’s all of good quality and has been great for the basics. I’ve had a shipping issue and they were prompt to deliver a replacement. I had a leaking gas cap on a chainsaw and they replaced it with a better version. Customer Service has responded to everything that I had questions about. There are videos online for assembly of most stuff too. Sometimes the written instructions are vague or confusing due to numerous model numbers and such.

My husband has bought a lot from this website and we loved it UNTIL NOW. I ordered a chicken run/duck run over $200 the boxs gets here a little banged up but we open it and the bags of bolts and parts were opened and tossed back it and there was multiple pieces missing!!! Obviously a return!!!! I emailed customer service and after 3 weeks of automated responses I got an email saying they determined it was due to shipping and that I should have bought the shipping insurance but they will refund me 60 dollars!!!!! This is the worst costumer experience I have ever had!!!!
