Awful experience with them
Awful experience with them. I bought a mail box 3 weeks ago. Mails box was delivered damage. I reach out to their customer service and they never replied. The only answer received from their department was to hire someone and paid additional cost from my own and depending on the amount they can refund me up to 30 euros. Its seems that this company is not french but a Chinese one. I have no other choice to complete a formal complainte agains them to our DGGCF as well as the french customs. Please avoid to order from them
Update from March 8, today they offered me to refund 80 euros when the product cost 186 euros. They thought that us as a
customer we have time to play their games. I raised a formal complaint and this is follow up by Louise. However, today, I sent the formal complaint to our respective US and French Broder as the furniture was bought via a company. Therefore, I notice that some of you policy are not allowed and against a lot of European Practices so now the next step will be to perform on official complaint about your company to our European court.
Update on March 9 : They sent me an email and mention that they refund me but the proof of refund is a fake one. This company is a Chinese one who do not respect and follow the French local law. Pour les acheteurs Français qui ont été impactes, merci de noter que j ai formulé une plainte officielle auprès des autorités françaises et douanières. Ce site est une énorme ARNAQUE

I ordered a traction tower from vevor two weeks back. Very sturdy material and at the same time very easy and fast to assemble and disassemble. Many different variations for pull and push exercises. Comes with a bag for transport as well as pins fixations very easy to use. No choice but to recommand the product and vevor as well.
