AVOID. This is a scam site. On 19.03.2026, I purchased Type-C Wireless HDMI Transmitter & Receiver, 50M Range, 4K Decode, 1080P@60Hz, Plug & Play × 1 for £25 + £4 shipping. An advert through Facebook.
Luckily I used PayPal, which I would always do when purchasing anything from these online advertising site, especially from China.
I received an email with the tracking number which seamed to work. I tracked the progress of my order up until today 25.04.2026 when all of a sudden, the site is dead. I can't track my order anymore. The shipping company is called Orthix. That's dead too.
I called PayPal and went through the automated file a dispute. Within seconds, I received notification from my bank that I have received the full refund for that order.
DO NOT TRUST THIS VEYLA SCAM SITE.

This so called company is a total sham, do not order from them. I placed an order with them 3 months ago, they told there was a problem with shipping and fed me alot of lies about what was happening, I asked for a refund and I have heard nothing from them since. Please please do not use this company they are basically thieves

I purchased shoes from Veyla in July. The quality was truly terrible, the fit was poor, the zips don't close, glue spilt over the fabric, heels offset to stem and the fabric, not the smooth suede-like fabric as advertised but a rough, cheap corrugated, poorly dyed material that reminded me of car underlay. I have been promised a refund and been assured that it is being processed, for about 8 weeks now.
28 emails later and they are now not responding to me. Avoid this company at all cost! UPDATE It is now late November, and they are not responding to my emails. Still no refund!

I didn't receive the order, they said they came to my house, but there was a different address. But the order was in China, as it shows on their map. SCAM SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company they are without doubt stealing your money. I have their confirmation order and my bank statement which clearly states they've had my money. But they say they have no record of my order, absolute tosh. They referred me to another supplier who were obviously the same company with a fictitious name. The email format was exactly the same. A disgraceful company or a group of dodgy individuals operating in their front room. AVOID, AVOID.

SCAM! Be careful! Do not order! Ordered Boxer Shorts. Just the order confirmation arrived. That is it. No dispatch message, no delivery. Lost over 40 EUR. I think they did in on purpose.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from placed an order 2 weeks ago still not arrived despite promises its on its way.

*DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY* I bought quite a few items off this site as there was a sale on and I was looking for graduation dresses. Upon purchasing, I searched for the dress I had seen on tik tok again and realised they had stolen the video from an influencer and the dress was in fact counterfeited. I emailed immediately (10minutes after purchasing) and asked to cancel the order. They ignored my email for nearly two weeks, when they claimed they couldn’t cancel as the parcel was already being processed - not shipped. I asked about the returns policy and they said I would have to pay for a label. I spent £174 on dresses and £30 on tracked return however, to my surprise, the parcel never arrived in the destination in china because they couldn’t locate it, it doesn’t exist or they gave me a faulty address. I have lost £204 in total and there is no explanation for this. PayPal have refused to refund me and the post office only offer £50 reimbursement. I have emailed the company multiple times and they have never got back to me. Such a scam!

They are worst I ever bought no size on any of the two pairs I bought cheap tat false advertising never again

I ordered. boxer shorts for my husband. Medium, but when they arrived they were. extra small. I contacted the company, they responded the next day. I requested a refund.and after offering me 3 different choices, they conceded and agreed to refund me.

These reviews are by far the worst I have ever read for any company. I decided to read the reviews before i bought from this company. This company is presenting itself as one thing when in actual fact they are something else, so that they can defraud customers and steal their money, their time and their peace of mind. Don't worry people there is such a thing as karma! They will eventually pay for their crimes.

I ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic trainers supposedly a size 6! After waiting almost a month for them to arrive, the sizing and quality is awful! I have tried numerous times to arrange a refund and I’m still waiting !! Will not use this company again. I wish I had checked out the reviews before placing an order

I should have read the reviews.ordered bamboo pants arrived far to small . Can't get a reply from veyla they don't respond. Just stay away wast of money. Order 2923

First let me say that I ordered 2 pairs of orthopedic shoes BEFORE reading the reviews. They arrived this morning. I ordered UK size 13, which is the size marked in the shoes, but they are realistically no bigger than size 9 or 10 and useless to me. Having read the reviews here I won't bother wasting my time contacting the company and I'll just give them to somone at work who they might fit, etc.
It's a clear thumbs down from me, Veyla.

It took 28 days for the boxers to arrive and when they finally did the size was wrong.They would not have even fitted a 10 year boy let alone a man.Absolute con

Ordered 2 pairs of gent shoes, arrived late and were a ladies size. Asked for a complete refund and told NO - they would not accept them back but offered to send me replacements at 50% off. Don’t bother with this company, read the reviews, the majority of which are a thumbs down. I wish I had read them before purchase. I’m not sure whether or not this company is selling the same shoes under a different company name. You have been warned!

Absolutely terrible, do not buy! quality is shocking, sizes are not correct. The website states 5 business days it took 3 weeks to arrive. They were squashed due to coming in a bag rather than a box. I have just request a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if I don't hear back I will be filing a fraud act to my bank.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a pair of shoes for my mother and the sizing and fit was wrong. When we emailed to get a return label they refused to refund and offered 50% of next purchase ...which i don't want as the quality is terrible. I have been going back and forth with email and despite it saying on their website that a refund would be given they are now saying their terms and conditions have been updated since we purchased 😒. Total scam am not letting it go with them. Its absolutely ridiculous
