Initially, we had an appointment on January 1st, which was a holiday. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the agency would be closed, so we waited there for almost two hours.

We then scheduled another appointment, but this time they requested several documents that weren't listed in the requirements on their website. We arranged another appointment for today and brought all the documents specified by one of the staff members. However, today they asked for additional documents and wanted us to provide photos as well. I suspect this is done primarily for business purposes, such as taking pictures, using the internet, and making photocopies.
