**Trapped by Fees: Too many charges

**Too many charges – very hard for small sellers to make profit**

My experience with vFulfill has been very disappointing. First, you must pay for a subscription just to use the platform. The basic plan itself costs around $79 per month. After paying this monthly fee, you still have to buy inventory and store it in their warehouse.

Once you start using the service, you realize there are charges for almost everything. They charge inward fees per unit, storage fees per unit per day, outbound fees per unit, printing and stationery charges per order, packaging charges, and convenience fees.

The convenience fee alone is 6% of the delivered order value or ₹60 (whichever is higher). On top of that, all of these charges also have 18% GST added.

There are also additional fees like RTO handling, RTV handling, reverse pickup inwards, advanced QC charges, and tax management fees.

They even charge ₹5 just for WhatsApp order confirmation. All these small fees quickly add up and make products much more expensive.

In my case, a product that costs around ₹50–₹60 ended up costing close to ₹200 after all the platform charges, making it very difficult to make any profit.

Another frustrating issue is that even after stopping using the service, my wallet balance kept going negative because of storage fees for inventory in their warehouse. When I tried to close my account, I was told I must first clear the negative balance, and the system requires a minimum wallet top-up of ₹5000 even if the negative amount is much smaller.

They also charge ₹5 per unit just to discard inventory from the warehouse if you want to close your account, no matter how small or cheap the product is.

Overall, the platform has too many operational charges and becomes very expensive for small sellers. I would strongly recommend that new sellers carefully calculate all costs before choosing this service.

Been using vFulfill for a while now and I’m genuinely happy with the experience. The team is super helpful and always quick to respond whenever I have any queries.

Their reporting dashboard is clear and easy to understand, shipping is fast, and most importantly they maintain full transparency throughout the process.

vFulfill has been extremely reliable and efficient. Looking forward to scaling even more with them!

The vFulfill app stands out with…

The vFulfill app stands out with features that go beyond basic logistics. The Interactive Reporting Graphs are a game-changer, offering real-time profit tracking and insights into daily earnings, product performance, and inventory status. This level of visibility helps us make quick, data-driven decisions that drive profitability. One thing to note is that you do need to stock inventory in advance, but with competitive pricing, and exceptional support, it’s a trade-off that works in our favor. The onboarding experience was smooth, and their team has been highly responsive whenever we needed assistance.
