I'm giving 1 star because that's the minimum I can give - no option for minus stars when reviewing, driver dropped off a vehicle without consultation with anyone from our dealership, must be the guys first day, poor communication, poor service, no process followed, then shouting insults across the car park towards staff is just not tolerable.

I have had a really bad experience with this company. The driver that delivered the car to us at land rover today was extremely rude and shouting. Not acceptable behaviour.

I broke down on the M25 and was put in contact with V&H Recovery. Martin kept me up to date with his ETA and when he arrived he was very professional in his approach to the siduation, He gave me very clear instuctions and escorted me off the hard shoulder to a safe area.
My mobile phone was on 1%, Martin pluged it into his charger for me while we sorted out our next move.
When Martin was leaving he said 'Have my charger cable so when the trye company are on their way they will be able to contact you. I was blown away by this!

I broke down in Cambridge, the recovery process was split in two parts. The last leg of my breakdown to home was great.
Hakan, was polite and courteous, offered me refreshments and let me sit in the cabin while he loaded the car to get warm. Great Service .

I strongly advise against using this company. They damaged my brand-new Audi. I trusted them with my £40,000 car, just four months old, and they returned it in an appalling condition. It was collected clean and pristine but returned filthy, with a solvent smeared around the window that no one has been able to remove.
When I contacted them to address the issue and requested they attempt to fix it, they outright refused. Their refusal to even try demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. They are fully aware that I have stage 4 cancer and still refuse to take any responsibility or action, knowing that the solvents they used have caused irreparable damage to my car.
This has left me with no choice but to take legal proceedings against them. I have photographic evidence of the car before they took it and how it was returned just days later, showing the extent of the damage they caused. Their negligence and lack of care are appalling. Do not trust this company with your vehicle. It’s simply not worth the risk.
