It's locked me out of my account randomly and saying my password is incorrect, you can't recover by email as it also ask for SMS which I have never set up. Complete garbage mining pool don't use this garbage.

They have a rigged fakeFree BTC Transaction Accelerator. It is always as zero, every single first's hour 0.000001 second. FAKE waste of time BTC Transaction Accelerator.

Just lost my mining earnings with this pool, about 6-8k$. After my first try to withdraw they just freeze my account and withdrawals. That pool is totaly crap, support is zero (autoreply, dont explain anything, dont have any rules just do what they wants). Dont use it for safety of your funds.

It's very hard for me to believe that the positive review here are real.
Why? well, the service is extremely expensive and, they don't provide it! nothing happened after I paid them $165 to accelerate the transaction!
Don't waste your money or time with them!

...I've received free 0.4 BTC. Claimed it with an alt-email. Went to withdraw it, but to do so I needed to deposit 0.025 BTC ($500) to activate my account. It's an obvious scam. Don't do anything with this site.

Recently received a email from ViaBTC Support stating they added ETH and XMR to my account by mistake and wanted me to pay it back. I have not mined not mine ETH with ViaBTC in a long time Why would I? And i really do not bother with XMR i never mined enough to get a payout LOL. Anyways my account is now Forbidden status. I do not have their coins never did never received notification to me that I received them from ViaBTC or my wallets. So now i guess what ever i had left is now gone. WHAT A JOKE FOR A POOL! YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED! At least im not the poor miner that lost the coins im just being blamed for something I did not do so im taking the hint! Many other pools out there.

Servers are down more than 12 hours. No message whats happend. This campony is trash. Dont recommanded

Viabtc failed to reward you with the estimated gain you are supposed to be making with your hardware the more you mine the lesser you gain. The average daily earning keep decreasing so does the daily gain since the overall gain is average daily gain per hashrate and it never goes back up. Not sure how much down it could drop.

Great pool, but customer service is really bad. I think support team is robot, not a person.

Never had any trouble with Viabtc trustfull & reliable Pool, one of the biggest pool worldwide you can start mining Ethereum, Bitcoin, Horizen (great Zen pool), go on mining in Viabtc without any worry!!!

I have a very bad experience with Viabtc, as a pool they locked my account because I lost my google authenticator and during a month I have sent several letter include required documents to them but their reply is just "Rejected and try again"
Nobody solve my problem and still my account is inactive. I really found them irresponsible.

There are spying on the goodwill interests of my country, the United States of America. Please understand that should they fail to follow procedure they will banned on this and every soil elsewhere too.

Had very bad experience with them! No support and don't even reply to requests for assistance to resolve problems. Keep away people!
