The exchange is taking far too long. First I wrote on WhatsApp, then they asked me to send an email with all the details — which I did immediately. Then it was “please wait” again. After a week I followed up and was told, “please be patient for a few more days.” Just to be clear: it’s only about getting the return shipping label.
They advertise them as cashmere, but it’s only 10%. Still, they do feel soft.
Unfortunately, for me (I’m 1.76 m tall) they’re too short, so I’m sending them back. The cut is nice, though.
P.S. Even after more than 10 days, I still haven’t received a return shipping label.)
