I tried to buy a light shade that was advertised on this company’s website and it turned into literally a several weeks’ long saga as I was passed from one employee to another, never getting a straight answer on whether it was actually available, being asked irrelevant questions, and finally being quoted for a product that someone else had ordered. It was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience.
Not even worth a single star, took about one month to get my refund, they dont have a phone number so i sent about 15 emails but they dont even care to reply. Will never suggest anyone to fall for this dodgy online store
I strongly recommend you avoid Viaduct. It has all the trappings of a great shop and experience but the reality is the opposite. The service is terrible, especially if your order is wrong, and just gets worse if you have the audacity to call them on it. There are so many great stores to buy furniture and lighting from in London, please go and use them. Life is too short to support these jokers.
I have recently bought an outdoor lamp for my terrace and on Viadurini I found right what I was looking for! They have a huge amount of outdoor furniture perfect for every taste! An added value to my experience was surely the fact that a kind assitant whoose name is Chiara has given me some good advices on materials/which lamp bulb should I buy and so on. Really really recommended!! The lamp arrived to my house in 2 weeks and everything was almost identical to the photos showed on the website.
Viaduct is a bit of a find. If you know your Scandinavian brands, then it’s worth checking these guys out. They have some great offers, and whoever is the stock buyer chooses well.
Managed to secure a gorgeous New Works Covent chair in dark green wool, and it arrived well packaged and quickly; just a few days after my order. Again using DPD so I was able to track where it was in the system.
