Dear Mrs. Joeris, we are very sorry and surprised to receive this review but we are also quite sure that it is due to a lack of communication on your part with Mr. Fangmayer, who brought this problem to our attention in the first place. In fact, we have been assisting Mr Fangmeyer for a long time on Whatsapp (the correspondence is still fully in our possession if you wish to see it) precisely to resolve the situation with your order. First of all, it is fair to emphasise that it was not us who sent you the wrong colour, but rather it was you who accidentally ordered the transparent sofa instead of the smoky one you apparently wanted. We have all the confirmations to prove this. The armchair you ordered was then shipped to the address you specified in your order, in Germany. In order to rectify your mistake, after Mr Fangmeyer pointed it out to us, we proposed that you return the transparent armchair to a specific address at your expense (as the mistake was yours), and then exchange it for the armchair in the colour you wished to purchase, with the shipping costs on you. In this regard, we also sent you a specific transport document to put in the parcel and gave you advice on which transporters to contact. Mr Fangmayer has indeed not given us any further feedback following our advice and we were waiting to hear from him, yet, to say that he was not assisted is not the truth, which is why we are certain that there was perhaps no communication between the parties and that this review was made by misunderstanding.
