Pleased with service
I recently ordered a medication from Viagcial not covered by my insurance in the US. I was hesitant, but know some other people who've used them and also saw the truspilot reviews so I took my chances since it wouldn't be a huge loss of money if nothing came to fruition.
The ordering process was fairly simple and they contacted me via WhatsApp explaining the payment method (Western Union), and when they received payment sent me photos of shipment box and sent some updates on shipment/delivery status. It took about 15 days to arrive with my exact order for the generic form of the medication, which I have taken with no issues and does seem to help me. I would use them again and would recommend their service to anyone in a similar situation.

Highly recommend, great communication
I was skeptical before placing my first order because I’m ordering from a different country and the payment process is not through their website. The first order was successful and on time as described and expected. Then I went ahead with my second order. Now that I’ve received my second order, I wanted to write a review on my experience. Wow wow wow! I can tell you I’ve never had better customer service. Ordered my RX, and within a few moments received a text asking for payment. Once I paid, a very nice representative shipped my order and proceeded to give me updates through the package’s travel from India to CA. It arrived so quickly. I’m very impressed and would use them again.

I just started on my protocol about 2 weeks ago and Tipul has been with me every step of the way and although I'm in Canada and he is in India he answers my questions morning noon and night it doesn't matter what time it is even if he's sleeping this man will wake up and answer you he's absolutely caring and amazing a God sent! He is giving me hope when doctors have given me 9 months as well he's allowed me to pay for the pills when I have the money not even before he shipped them out he just shipped them out to me and said you need to get on them right away he trusted me and I trusted him! No charge for consultation or daily calls and conversations...

Highly recommend this pharmacy. Very fast and reliable service. Staff members are genuine, caring and helpful. I appreciate the care that the pharmacists show. Where ever did you feel that the pharmacists care? It doesn’t happen often. But here I felt people genuinely cared.
