Tried placing an order on Monday. Today is now Wednesday and they can't get it right.
I made payment through paypal sending directly to company's email.
I was the given an email to send it to then they said they could not see payment. I had to cancel the paypal transaaction because they said it was missing letters on the email. So they gave me the same email address, but with the missing letters. I sent payment again and was asked for a paypal voucher. Uhhh I don't think you can get that??? I sent them a copy of my payment receipt that same day and another one the next day as they asked for receipt again. They probably meant "voucher" thinking it's money in the voucher they can get right away and scam me. When I sent another copy, they told me the email was incorrect and it should be just like the first email. What?? I canceled the order. Too fishy. Always be sure to use paypal as a secured way of making payment. Never send payment as personal or ever send a voucher whatever that is. If I did choose to make personal payment versus business, I will be screwed. NO THANKS!

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE CONTACT LENSES! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY KEEPS HANGING UP WHEN I TALK ABOUT MY ORDER.

Beyong horrible service... Really rude and unproffetional. Asking about my financial situation.

I have bought contacts from Vialliure in the past. (2015 - 3 separate orders) The contacts I had bought, the opacity/color had changed to a lighter color. The colors were pretty but not nearly as real/ natural looking as the colors back in 2014. So I tried looking elsewhere at another vendor. (Lens.me) the colors were identical, that very light blue but not the color I had hoped for. Both companies have a stellar delivery service. I rec'd the contacts from both vendors in 3 days exactly. (Fed ex) I live in Tucson Az mind you.
I realized I needed to buy the contacts again bc of how old they were, they started to dry up quickly and felt uncomfortable. (Which is unheard of bc I can wear solotica contacts for 12 hrs and I forget I have them in - that's how comfortable they are)
I recently ordered from Viallure again (May 2017) after reading the terrible reviews I had some doubt. But I decided to go forth bc in the past I PERSONALLY have not had any issues.
The verdict.....OMG.....I absolutely LOVE the new shade.... it appears to me that they went back to the darker grey/ blue shade that they had back in 2014! I accidentally bought 2 pairs, but I'm glad I did! I'm getting ready to order 2 more pairs bc I want to make sure I have enough. Not sure when they'll change the shade of color again. (I hope they don't) but if they decide to do it, I'll have enough of the color I had been searching for since 2014! AND, again I rec'd the contacts in 3 days. (GOOD for those who want them NOW rather than waiting 4 plus weeks to get them from other vendors.... yes I'm impatient)
Neither company (Viallure or Lens.me) are paying me to write this review. I'm only giving my input bc I'm like the rest of you guys, I wear colored contacts every single day and the more information I have, the better. I haven't bought any contacts from lens.me recently bc right now Vialliure contacts have given me the color I had been wanting. I'll stick with them til the color changes again. (Seems like solotica does that every year) then I'll try lens.me again. But I hope they keep this shade. I would like to stick with one vendor, Viallure hasn't failed me. If you would like pictures please email me, I'll be more than happy to share.
