Viar Infosystem Inc. 

I signed for an extended contract with Viar in October, 2016. I experienced an issue which I was told they could not fix because it was a Microsoft issue. I further indicated that I thought that they should resolve the issue with Microsoft if that was the case. No satisfaction. I told them I wished to cancel the contract for non performance. I was promised a refund on at least two occasions. I followed up on numeroud occasions and was told the same thing. I called other numbers to no avail. I am still waiting for the promised refund sixty to ninety days later. I believe you can go directly to Norton and receive better support.

I notice all of the reviews are dated in January, 2017 or earlier. In May, I purchased a lifetime Microsoft Office license and additional upgrades to my computer security. I do not see the security upgrades in my application list and I have asked for my product key for the Microsoft Office license. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone when I call the support lines. I am afraid they may have ripped me off without giving me what I paid for. I would not deal with this company if I were you. They have not returned the emails I have sent asking for information.
