I found viasox several years ago and was very pleased with the quality of my purchase. However, they have resized their socks--looks like shrinkflation. The first socks I bought were marked L on the foot. Those are no longer an option. We now have M/L and the fit is markedly changed for the worse.

I ordered the buy two get three free. Upon delivery I received the two i paid for and only two free pairs instead of three like promised. It took 3 days to pick my order for a total of a nine day delivery. But my wife loves the four pairs said she likes the way that they fit and feel.

I placed an order Dec 27th. As of Jan 2nd it was supposed to be delivered but was delayed. It's now Jan 16th and it still has not arrived and no updates. I sent an email a few days ago and crickets. I understand packages get lost but not replying or resolving the issue is unacceptable. Maybe this will get their attention. After reading another review with the same terrible customer service I will never order again nor recommend them.

I placed an order on December 29 and received notice my order would arrive on January 6. It is now January 15 and I have left 3 voice messages and sent 1 email. I have received no reply at all. VERY disappointing

I like the quality. Got some as a gift in 2024. Places an order on 12/18/25, got a confirmation same day. Then got a message saying it was being shipped on 12/20/25. It's 1/13/2026 still no product. Tried customer service and I am getting the run around. Be ware of customer service issues and shipping times. That's assuming you get your product.

Love the compression socks, and they are expensive. Also if something is wrong with them, you cannot get a hold of anyone in Customer Service!!! They do not return your calls, they never answer the phone so you have to leave a voice message. And they do not answer your emails, so frustrating!!!!!!!! Now I’m stuck with some socks that I don’t want because they sent me the WRONG socks and they are too big!! Purchase with caution!!

If ordering by your shoe size, and is close to be either way go down a size otherwise they will be too big. Have ordered over a $100.00 worth of sox, which arrived as ordered in good time. Oh I do love the sox. However if there is an issue, ignoring customers seems to be their downfall. Several e-mails and a phone call - nothing!

Ordered the buy one get one free...it showed up the as with the free one when I went to pay. The. Emails show only 1 pair. Its been 2 weeks have received nothing. Have sent 2 inquiries and the auto reply says get back to you in 24 to 72 hours last one sent 6 days ago. Still no response Still no order received. If you want to track your order they want you to download an outside 3rd party app. I have Credit card disputed. Would not recommend this.

I placed an order on December 20, 2025 and got my socks 7 days later. I liked them and decided to order more the next day. I placed my second order on the 28th with 2-5 day priority shipping. Given it was during the holidays, I waited until the 5th business day (January 5th)to check on the status of my order, since I had not received it yet. It showed that it was "unfulfilled" so I emailed the company, which has a 48-72 hour window to respond. I decided to message them on FB on the 6th as well and was told they had a backlog due to the holiday, but that my order was ready to go. Today is January 9th. I have yet to receive my order and it's status is still listed as "unfulfilled". It is long past the 2-5 business days for my order to still be unfulfilled. In my response back to the company, I suggested they either not run a buy 2 get 3 free sale during the holidays, or they need to hire more people to avoid whatever backlog they claim they're dealing with. Since I don't appear to be the only one with this issue, I am really questioning the businesses integrity and business model and they likely have lost another customer. That's disappointing because I liked what I received in my first order and I really wanted to like the company. However, I wont give my money or my business to a place that isn't trustworthy.

The compression socks seem ok. The easy stretch socks fall down almost immediately when putting them on. The ankle socks are also disappointing. Not the compression I would have expected. I guess I should have just passed on these when I saw they are non refundable. If they were refundable that would have meant that the company stands by their product. Lesson learned. Will not order again. $97 down the drain.

My order is incorrect. No one has contacted me, after three attempts. It has been over a week with no order status, or reply.
Update - Their reply came only after this review. It was explained that, rather than being an additional officer at checkout, the consumer forfeits the Buy one, Get one offer originally offered, if they buy an additional pair at a reduced price. BEWARE! I found that deceptive. The fact that they did not respond to my emails until now put me off as well. No change in rating. We'll see what the product is like when it arrives.

This company does not deserve your money. I placed my order over a month ago and reached out several times to the customer service team and had to wait over a week before receiving a response, if I received one at all. After still not receiving tracking information, Idiscovered their very strict return policy, which is NONE! If you receice your items and they are not right for you there is nothing you can do to get your money back or get a replacement sent. After a month of waiting, I requested a refund, and two weeks later finally received the order cancelation email. In total, I waited almost 2 months just for nothing to come of it. Save yourself time and money.

I was so excited to try these socks because in the videos and pictures, the compression socks looked amazing. I bought five pair because they were running a buy three get two free promotion. When I received them, the prints were super cute, but as soon as I tried one on I realized they were not true compression socks, they were not stretchy at all, I had a really hard time getting them over my calves, and then once I did, they cut off the circulation to the bottom of my legs within an hour, and I definitely ordered the right size. My calves are not even that big compared to other people who medically need compression socks. Wrote them two emails with zero responses and then I noticed that if you replied to their posts on Facebook, you finally get some attention, so I did that just to find out that the returns or exchanges policy is non-existent. I hadn't even tried on four of the pair and I wasn't allowed to return or exchange them. Very disappointed because I wasted my money on these. I know they're just going to reply to this post with oh we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations but that's all they say and then they don't do anything about it! I have tried compression socks from many companies over the last 10 years and this is the worst customer service, with the least effective compression sock I've ever bought. Definitely won't buy again or ever recommend to anyone else.

If I could give less than one star, I would! For the price I paid, I could have picked up a regular pair of socks at the dollar store and the quality would have been better than Viosox’s “compression socks” that fell down into shoes, slippers, boots—whatever you wear, they fall down. Awful quality and no refunds.

Absolutely no customer service- scam company! I had ordered 2 years ago for my mother without any issues. Placed order for myself on December 13th ($95.37 + international exchange charge) was listed as 3-5 business days to be shipped. After 3 weeks - still “unfulfilled” and not shipped. Site does not allow you to cancel and get a refund. Tried customer service chat, which is a useless bot. Tried calling customer service multiple times at different times of the day and always received same recording that “all agents are busy”. Sent multiple emails which receive an auto- reply stating email received and a customer service representative would be in touch in 36-72 hours…that was over a week ago! At this point, I don’t even want the socks, just refund my order— Christmas is over, order not fulfilled or sent. So frustrating- do your research, this is not a reputable company!

I am finding that the quality isn't great. I've had these socks since the end of October 2025, and after a few washes they began to pill and fray.
I definitely won't recommend nor will I repurchase. I found a set of compression socks on Amazon that are much better quality that I wear daily.
I also didn't care for their non return policy.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.
