I had difficulty navigating the web to place an order. Received help from Viasox, however, every order I placed gave me a message some product not in stock, but not which I could replace to complete. I compained a second time and got told they were expecting another shipment in a few weeks????? I ordered the ankle sox off amazon for a good price, but I now want the knee highs and this makes no sense to me that a "Canadian" company is waiting for their supply from the US??

I personally don't mind that it takes awhile to get the product. I like supporting smaller business's. I was hoping for more compression that was promised with these ankle sox. Cute and comfy but not effective compression IMO.

Not impressed thought Australia site then realised after purchase buying from America @ American price

I was lured in by what I thought was a Canadian company. Spoiler: it’s not. The branding is misleading, and the entire experience reeks of a scam.
I received a message claiming my Viasox order was delivered. It wasn’t. I checked my security footage—no delivery, no attempt, nothing. They push a sketchy tracking app that demands invasive permissions. I deleted it immediately. It felt more like spyware than a legitimate delivery tool.
Customer service? Nonexistent. I tried calling multiple times—just a looped recording saying no agents are available. The online chat is a bot that spits out generic responses and never actually helps. Completely useless.
I made the mistake of ordering several pairs, so I’m out a significant amount of money... and I have zero socks to show for it.
Bottom line: misleading advertising, shady tech, and zero accountability. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Not compression socks at all. They are just regular socks. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. They only show good ones on their site and you can't leave a review. Do not trust this company. False advertising.

I have tried calling and emailing and have not received a reply.

How about diabetic socks for extra wide feet with extra padded soles

Bought 5 pairs mystery box. They took money from credit account immediately($70+ dollars). It's been a month and still no socks AND contacted customer service by email (response expected in 72 hrs) NO response at all over a week. I've been scammed. SCAM company.

These are Hands (feet?) Down the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. I tried ankle and knee socks in compression and easy fit. All are amazing! I do wish they would stop making so many cute designs, though, my sock drawer is full!

I would never recommend your company to anyone else, your customers service department is terrible. I have sent multiple emails in regard to my order as I had a question. I haven't heard anything back from anyone. I guess I didn't do enough research about them before placing my order. I am sick to my stomach over this, my order was either almost 60$ or a little more. I would highly recommend doing your research about this company before you place a order with them. I wish I would've, now I regret it...

I bought 2 pair of compression socks and both the same size. The solid purple fit Ok, compression could be more and the cherry blossom print way too long, came to the middle of my knees. Then I ordered 2 pairs of ankle compression socks, prints, and very thick, cannot wear with sneakers. I also ordered 2 pairs of white compression ankle socks, supposed to be compression (?) but felt like a regular sock - Disappointing purchases, overall not impressed.

I ordered your XL compression socks and they are completely worthless. They cut into my legs below my knees and weren’t even worth the money spent.

Well, I ordered two pairs on July 14, 2025. It is now August 19, 2025. I thought ordering a month before I actually needed them was plenty of time. I had planned on the socks for a flight last week.....I used my old socks. I still do not have the socks.

Ordered socks on August 7th. It is now August 15th and I still have not received them. I debated whether or not to even order any socks because all of the styles I was interested in are all sold out, yet still on the website. Perhaps they should be removed from the website if you don’t have any to sell. Or have an option to be notified when the item is available again for purchase. Very annoying and disappointing that you have to download an app to track your order. I don’t want to download another app that I have no use for except to track this order. I didn’t receive any email advising my order has or has not been shipped. When I looked at my original confirmation email yesterday there was a note stating my package would arrive tomorrow. Today when I looked at the same email, it said arriving today. Well, it’s after 9pm est and still no socks. I was hoping to have these for my upcoming vacation but guess I am out of luck. Tried calling customer service line a few times and no response except to leave a name, number and email address. No response. Very bad first impression. Lets hope the socks are better than the service. If they ever arrive.

First of all they advertise in Canada as Canadian Company but they are American. Their Canadian address is a PO Box.
Second their product is not as advertised, very difficult to put on, not good for elderly people with compromised hand strength.
No recourse if you are unsatisfied.

They have a poorly worded Exchange answer on their frequently asked questions which does not help if you need to exchange your socks for something that fits my calves are only 16 in and these compression socks that I purchased are supposed to be 18 in however they're not I believe that they're smaller and I would highly recommend not to order from this company I appreciate the fact that they sent me a courtesy package However the fact of the matter is I don't plan on purchasing ever again from them after this

I decided to order the ankle compression socks and I was a first time customer. I received my order quickly and after wearing the ankle socks for a few days I was amazed that my ankle swelling had almost completely disappeared! I had real ankles again! Amazing product

The socks themselves are fine. The customer service and exchange policy blow. I ordered a M/L. On my check out slip it showed a M. Thought it was the right one. Package comes, it's S/M. Although socks have not been opened/ still in package, they will not exchange nor refund. The free socks you get for ordering several pairs, you Don't get a choice as to what size and they also sent those in a S/M. Guess I'm donating socks and never ordering from Viasox again.

I buy these often but the last 2 orders the socks aren't the same length. I order the same knee high XL and now instead of coming to the knees, they are 2 inches short!

NOT wide calf friendly at all. Cute and fairly inexpensive, but the calf size is the same regardless of shoe size. I got a larger shoe size thinking it would accommodate my larger calves but it doesn't. They also don't accept returns or exchanges.

Ankle socks are great! Tried the regular lond socks today…not too tight, good compression and comfortable except…too long! Had to turn down the top by about 3 inches…not ideal…
