Unprofessional - do not use.
Clothes sent too small, so I immediately returned to address on package. Refund policy was not clearly seen online. I emailed to let them know. a return email indicated I had sent it back to the wrong address, and so no refund would be forthcoming as what I was returning was deemed damaged goods. I have emailed several times asking to speak to someone for refund even though I had sent this mistakenly to wrong address.
The phone number provided was disconnected.

Dodgy business.
Upon receiving my hoodie I notified the company that what I received was nothing like the pictures online. I was offered an 80% refund & had to pay for return tracked postage. Postage is fine but it should be a full refund for false advertising. A review cannot be left on their website. Live & learn, stay away from dodgy Asian based businesses.
