Overpriced Salon, Poor Results
I usually try to resolve issues directly with the business, and in most cases, that works.
Unfortunately, it didn’t this time.
I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid a similar disappointment. I went to this salon expecting high-quality, professional service based on their website, but that’s not what I received.
After my appointment, my hair looked terrible—only part of my highlights was done, despite paying for full highlights.
On top of that, the color of the bangs and the entire forehead was completely wrong. I asked for a light blonde and showed a photo of the color; they said they could do it. However, the bangs and the whole forehead ended up with a muted, reddish tone that didn’t even match the rest of the highlights they did.
The highlights on my bangs and forehead were a mess, likely due to improper processing. I wish I could post photos here to show how unprofessional it looks. It felt more like I went to a “Clipper” than a high-end salon for $320.
I strongly wish I had never picked them; I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before booking here!
