Henry and the immediate help

Henry helped me immediately to have a refund for a mistaken registration since I have been chargen for something I never bought.
He immediately checked and helped me out to solve and have the refund that I hope to receive soon. I will update here about it... but henry has been very kind and helpful for the moment.

Fraud

Fraud. Cost me 88 EUR in one month. I'm not even sure when and how I subscribed to this service and yet they had my email and credit card number. Scary.
