Fantastic help around which size I should buy. The team even called me back from a missed call. Super helpful and friendly. The shoes that I ordered on this advice fit well and I'm very pleased. I am confident that if they has not been the right ones that this would have been sorted out.
All this between Christmas a new year when many (including myself) are on holiday.

Dan was so helpful by phone and email when I was trying to decide which Five Fingers would be best for me. Having returned two pairs that didn't fit, his suggestion was perfect! The returned pairs were also refunded promptly. Fantastic customer service!

I bought a pair of vibram five fingers at a good price.They arrived promptly and were as described. After a couple of months a fault developed. I contacted barefoot Junkie and they quickly arranged free shipping and a replacement pair. very pleased with the quick hassle free resolution. Will definitely be using them again :)

I ordered Vibram FiveFingers. Delivery was super fast. The size was wrong, the exchange process was very easy.

Great service! I bought from their website twice so far and dispatch were really quick for both. I was disappointed with one of the socks I purchases, sent them an email on Sunday evening, got a reply Monday morning with a new replacement shipped already. 5 stars service all the way. I love how when I choose to return I get the option for an extra 10% if it’s by store credit. I am aware that they charged 4.95 for returns, but they also give the option to use whatever post you prefer. I opted their DPD option because I was returning 3 shoes, can’t have them lost somewhere :)

Hoping they’ll have more types like the KMD EVO or youth fivefingers, but I will be definitely bookmarking this one to shop here again.

Ordered a pair of shoes next day delivery, on the phone and before cut off point, explained they were needed then as recipient was travelling the following day. Nothing arrived that day, contacted the company to be told that I had missed the deadline ( I hadn’t) and they were going to be with me the following day. Decided to check order only to see that it was “awaiting fulfilment”. Next day spoke to another representative who confirmed that they were not even in stock and that they were informed from the warehouse shortly after placing the order. Not only did they make no effort to contact me but did so knowing the order was needed in that timeframe. Have ordered from in the past but never will again, avoid

Ordered a load of Injinji socks and they arrived 12 hours after ordering - superb. Will definitely recommend to all in my running club.

One stop shop for all our barefoot shoes. great customer service - they reply very promptly to any queries either on the "ask a question" bit of their site or via email. Good sale selection. Courier DPD sometimes fall a little short of the mark, but that's not the shop's fault and they are quick to chase up any delays

I am so used to bad companies, bad products and bad service...Barefoot Junkies came as a bit of a shock!

I made the order and had the shoes two days later. They were well packaged and perfectly sized (I followed the advice on the website and reviews to size up and they fit like glove). I didn't need to return, but the return instructions look simple if you need to.

The shoes themselves are great. Beautifully designed and very well made. Well worth the money!

Online buying works a treat, the size guide is accurate. They have a great bonus system for loyal customers. Delivery is extremely fast, one or two days, and if you have questions, they react immediately and are extremely helpful. I had to send back one pair, which went without a hitch, and the money was refunded promptly. Well, and as for the shoes... Since I discovered the Five Fingers, I am reluctant to wear any other shoes, not even the best fitting, prettiest I own. It's a completely new feeling of freedom and mindfulness at the same time, getting you to walk naturally effortlessly. I always thought you could 'float' only when wearing shoes with thick, padded soles. How wrong I was! A big thank you to the great team!

I just recently made my barefoot junkie order and a few pairs of shoes weren't the right size and exchanging was super easy and the customer service was fantastic. I will be purchasing from them again.

Purchased a special offer online - Vibram Merino Wool-Blend Crew Toe Socks (2 Pack) Black - Green - Medium EU (38-41) for £27.00. Prompt delivery, bargain price, looked a bit big by comparison to a pair I bought in a sports shop,(my feet are ladies size 39) tried them on this morning and don't want to take them off! They really are very comfortable, I guess its the merino wool keeping my feet at a perfect temperature worn with flip flops. Shall be trying out both pairs on coastal hikes this weekend.

Great experience with this company. Recently bought some Vibrams and socks and it took me a while to find the right sizes for my feet. Orders and returns were dealt with quickly. Will happily buy from here again.

So delighted to have found Barefoot Junkie. I had been searching for the right pair of Vibrams for such a long time, and their brilliant team helped me out enormously. Felt so overwhelmed with buying another pair online after so many faulty ones from different sites, and Barefoot Junkie restored my faith in shoes/humans/shopping etc. Not just a faceless website, but behind are a team of humans who genuinely want to help. Probably one of the worse experiences in buying online. Bought a size 9 which is my usual size, it did not fit, so I requested an exchange to get a bigger size 10. I had to pay for the return (about £4 as it was required to do a tracked Royal Mail Second class). No update at all from the company. About 4 days later (after I had sent it), they email me to say it will be dispatched shortly. A few hours later, I got an email to say they do not have the size in stock at all. Way too much hassle so asked for a refund.

If you want to buy from this place, use Amazon for free returns. You would think their own website would have better communication with their customers but no.

Big cock up in my order; they sent completely the wrong shoes in the wrong size. Customer service difficult to get hold of 1st time but to be fair, they responded to my email by phone, paid for the returns and threw some socks to apologise. Thanks to Dan at Customer Service. Everyone makes mistakes but they did everything they could to fix it as soon as possible so credit where credit is due
