I absolutely love this shop and everything they sell. I've had 0 issues for all my purchases I've made. I got customized chain lock necklaces for me and my boyfriend and they're perfect. The only issue is the lock on it whatever metal it's made of gives me a rash so I can't wear it overnight which sucks. But the chain itself I have no issues with. It must be the metal the lock is made of. But I don't think that's their fault at all. I am VERY sensitive to many metals. So far I know sterling silver and like stainless steel is the only thing I can wear consistently without a rash or turning green lol so don't blame the shop for that but if you're sensitive to metals just take that into consideration. The quality is good so it's not like it's a cheap metal or anything like that either. Will continue to order from them and just be more aware of the metals used lol

Easy site to understand, easy to order and my jewellery arrived quickly neatly packaged.
I'd recommend this site and will be ordering again.

I not recommend buying from them, their customer service is really not good.
I got my order and came broke, and they literally refuse to do anything... Like their only response was 'we cant do it now' or 'i these circumstances we cant do anything...'
And they only gave me a discount for a BROKEN ITEM.

Placed an order on 30.11. This was shipped 6 days later and as per tracking accepted by Royal Mail, but after this there were no further scans and order was not received. It’s now 2 months later and I am still trying to get a refund, but customer service is pushing me around after originally claiming they’d refund if there was no update soon (this was mid December)
I’d avoid doing business with them

Awful experience. Made 2 orders and had faulty items both times (should never have placed a second one, i was hoping it was just a bad experience) Refused a refund, basically been scammed out of about £40. It is all cheap quality, made my perfectly healthy ear lobes and nose bleed.

All of my jewellery came packaged excellently, customer service is amazing and the jewellery is affordable and great quality. I will definitely be ordering from these guys again! Thank you <3

It's a shame I have to give them less than 5 stars. I have purchased previously, using Klarna as a payment option on a few occasions. Had a problem, been five days and not received a response.
Edit : They sorted the problem out quickly when they finally responded. Just be aware of the headache should you do have a problem.

I ordered and received multiple orders of earrings and a year later they haven’t started turning green. This is the best quality jewellery i’ve have in a long time :)

The products are handmade and super high quality, everything is really soft and thick and extremely fairly priced. It’s hard to deliver to me so my parcel got sent back to sender, however within one email they had it shipped straight back to me! The customer service is absolutely top notch and the products are amazing quality. I cannot fault this brand and will be shopping with them in the future!
