The team at the Fleet Office worked tirelessly and did their utmost to progress the sale of my property under difficult circumstances due to the buyer’s solicitor long drawn out negotiations. Matt and George gave scheduled updates and made sure both parties in the transaction were well informed with the current situation.
I opted for the Vickery “All in One” sales and conveyancing package whereby both elements of the sale process are aligned within an integrated service. It provided a seamless exchange of information between sales and conveyancing to improve communication and quicken the process from my side of the transaction. It worked well. Specialist Property Lawyers provided a friendly and professional service throughout. A credit to all of those involved in both aspects of the sale.

In our case, we were on the buy-side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the sell-side clients. Edward was engaged from the very start of the process after we had put in our offer and, whilst jealously representing his clients' best interests (as he should), he also went out of his way to try to ensure that things were moving forward and that both side's legal counsel kept their eye on the ball. The process threw up some difficulties but Edward worked tirelessly with both sides to facilitate open and clear communications and came up with great ideas to give the process every chance to proceed to an exchange. Alas, on this occasion, it was not to be but, as I said to Edward on our last call, it was not for lack of trying on his part and he would have earned his commission if the deal had gone through. He was always available, always professional and always respected the constraints that we had as well as explaining the position of his clients. He is a credit to his profession when certainly not all are.

A big thank you to William Burgess and Edward Whitaker for your excellent service in securing the sale of my late step mother's property. I think it fair to say that given all the problems during the sale, you both stepped up to the mark and you are clearly both a valuable asset to Vickerys, long may your successes continue.

I have been dealing with Vickery lettings for 20 years and am always delighted by the team's level of service. I have known Chris for a long time but Bridget even longer. No over inflating prices to get our business, he supported his valuation with evidence, the choice was ours, did we want to sell or hang around for ever as the value slowly tumbled?

Sarah was efficient and very welcoming. Explained to us the procedure. She did everything she to accommodate us. Most helpful answered all our questions promptly. All the paperwork came as Sarah said it would. When Sarah was on leave her colleague followed through with his part of the paperwork. It was pleasant to deal with Vickery as a whole.

We recently purchased our home through Vickery and their service was excellent. Our agent William Burgess was communicative and helpful throughout from the first viewing through to completion, making the process smooth and straightforward which we particularly appreciated as first-time buyers.

Matt Bozier looked after us throughout, and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us achieve a good price and complete the sale... I couldn't thank him enough. This included collecting signed documents, helping with meter readings and checking on the property when I was unable to be in Farnborough.

He was ultra professional and kept me informed at every step the process - tenaciously chasing up anything we asked of him. My Mum was really quite anxious about what needed to be done and Matt's straightforward, friendly and upbeat demeanour put her totally at ease. The human touch made all the difference and we felt he was extremely patient with us, despite clearly having quite a busy schedule.

On occasions where I had to speak to others in the office, they were also very courteous and helpful.

Finally, just to say how easy it was selling via the all-in-one package, not only was it a very reasonable fixed fee (which takes the guesswork around costs out) but it also made everything that much quicker and easier since they communicate all the time with the in-house solicitors (who were also excellent). They clearly have a great system in place with this package.
