Jane Song was a pleasure to deal with during the smooth transfer of a deceased estate which included discharge of a mortgage as part of the process. As Executor, I live in Melbourne and had to manage all transactions via phone, email and internet. Jane explained the process clearly and kept me informed at every step. She was professionally friendly, very easy to communicate with - and always responded and/or followed up quickly. At all times, she professionally represented the interests of both parties, i.e. myself as Executor (in Melbourne) and the Beneficiary (in Perth) to whom the property was transferred.
