Yesterday I got a much appreciated thank you from yourselves for a well-earned review I left you for the excellent live chat I had with Ryan in which he confirmed that my long-awaited withdrawal refunds were on the way to my Bank on 12th Feb. Today I had a live chat with Mackie who sadly was very unhelpful so hence the drop in my ratings for you. As a Senior Manager in a huge British Company for 35 yrs before I retired, Good service & Honesty are 2 things I always look for in any Company so I was very disappointed today. What a difference a day makes & a different advisor makes. Hopefully I will be able to raise my rating for you to 5 again when my issue is resolved

Had an account for over 50 years with VC as a low staking horse racing punter. Overall they have taken money from me or have at the best broken even. Clearly their traders don't like making money. Always praised VC but sadly no longer.

I opened an account with their promotional offer, I decided to place a £10 accumulator at 3/1 odds. Amazingly it then said I had failed to meet there rules. Having spoken to the chat, apparently although my odds were 3/1, an individual odd had to be over 2/1. As a 'goodwill' gesture, they offered me the opportunity to place a second £10 bet to get the offer again. I'm not been funny but this is clearly encouraging gambling and is immoral. When I explained that the bet I placed was specifically put on to cover what I thought was their T&Cs, as such would of never placed that bet if I had knew, they declined to refund my bet as they said it was 'placed in good faith' and the only way to get the offer was to place more bets,

If this is the way they treat new customers, god knows how they treat existing customers.

Avoid them and there joke of T&Cs.

After a couple of winning bets I received this:

We are contacting you today to advise that a business decision has been taken by our Senior Traders and I must inform you that betting Account Number xxxxxxx has now been closed and no further business may be executed on your behalf. [...] As explained in our Terms and Conditions, a Traders decision is final and will not be over turned.
