Came and cleaned my
Oven and left my kitchen in an horrendous mess.
Oven dirt all over my floors, cupboards cabinets, sink and walls. So terrible!!! Wouldn’t use again as no care for the kitchen and just made a complete mess everywhere.

If I could give less than one star I would. The operative arrived an hour late. He walked in, looked at the oven and inflated the price by £30. I told him that that’s what we agreed and if he did the job for the agreed price he should start otherwise he should leave. He left. I received an email saying I had cancelled. I emailed saying I had not cancelled but explained what happened. I was called a liar. Absolutely the worst service and attitude. Do not use

The end-of-tenancy cleaning by Victoria Services was inadequate! The toilet bowl was not descaled and the cleaner said it was not in his remit to do, even though their website said it. The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. The light switch surrounds were not cleaned. The landlord withheld £50 of my deposit and VS refused to refund this! Very poor service!

Terrible service - rude and unprofessional. Did a terrible job cleaning, refused to come back and finish the job properly so I asked for a partial refund and sent photos as evidence. Office refused to help and just blocked my number!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Absolutely awful experience from beginning to end! Turned up late then demanded we pay a huge amount extra for additional rooms which should have been included as standard and said we wouldn't get our money back if we went with someone else. Refused to work until I came back and put the heating on full (in April) as they said they would only work 'in t-shirts'. After all of this they did an AWFUL job - it was supposed to be an end of tenancy clean, but they literally gave everything a half hearted wipe and didn't clean any of the walls or skirting, and there were still marks all over the floors (e.g. where the fridge had been), where they hadn't made any effort to clean at all. There had been no dusting either so there were still cobwebs everywhere. When I went through it with the cleaners and asked them to re-do bits, they got back in the car and drove off, and when I then sent photos to the office number to prove how terrible the job was they just blocked me. Worst cleaning company I have every used - recommend using any other service!!!

A man came today to clean my oven, hob and cooker hood, when he entered he didn’t give me his name, however he started of friendly but once he finished the job, I picked up on a couple of things that I was not happy with firstly I showed him he had taken the paint off the buttons for the cooker hood, he said it’s plastic and that the cleaning stuff he used did not cause that and if it had all of it would of come off, he showed me a picture he took before he stared the job and you can see clearly there was nothing wrong with it till he finished cleaning it. When I mentioned to him that the picture shows clearly there was nothing wrong with it, he did not say anything. I then said that inside the oven although most of it was cleaned there was little areas that still had grease, he replied I don’t know what you want, really I paid £87 to get a job done so I would expect to get a good job done, instead I got this guy being rude to me, he gave me a very quick questionnaire to fill which I could not answer the question as I was not really satisfied with the out come so I wrote I would have to think hard and twice about using this company, I was pleased with some of the work but not all, I was most upset at his comments and him lying , I would not recommend you to use this company , all the people who have rated this company 5 stars must of got a better cleaner.

Absolutely fine. Booked an oven and washing machine clean. Good email communication and cleaner arrived 15mins before booked time, and stayed longer than promised in order to do a great job. Very pleased with final result. Good value and ability to pay online. Would recommend.

Please, please avoid this company! They came to clean my oven and scratched my oven glass and left it dirty. When i tried to speak to them about it they was very rude and unprofessional! Do not use!!!!
