White Space Arnold 1480 x 680 Single Ended bath
We bought the White Space Arnold 1480 x 680 Single Ended bath as well as the panels. Ordering and delivery was good. But on unwrapping the bath, the guys who are installing it discovered a chip on the side rim. Disappointing but this may be due to poor packaging / transport. Luckily, the chip is on the side and won't be noticed. Still, it was an expensive bath and one would hope it would arrive intact.

Delivery confusion!
Advised delivery Friday; waited in all day. Eventually phoned and they apologised and said it would arrive Monday. It arrived and was left at my door on Saturday when I wasn’t in.
Haven’t unpacked item. Other than delivery confusion am pleased with speed.

I ordered a bath on 6/7th of jan - I had to ring them for an update on the 13th because I didn’t get an email about shipping etc and when it was gonna be delivered .. lucky I did ring them as the bath was out of stock and no one bothered to let me know! Which I think is bad customer service!
Only thing that was good was that they refunded me the next day straight away but if I didn’t call would I have been informed ? !!

A Great Start to 2022
I am very impressed by the customer service at Victorian Bathrooms 4 U. As it was the first day back to work in the new year I was expecting to be waiting ages in a queue for my call to be answered. What a pleasant surprise to hear a friendly voice immediately! Levi was extremely helpful and was able to give me accurate lead times on delivery for a toilet that I wanted to place an order for. I have now placed my order and look forward to receiving it. It is so refreshing to be able to talk to a real person rather than sending emails to anonymous customer service operatives.
