I need to return an item, the company are very unhelpful. No return label available and they are evasive to my questions. This problem is on going from beginning of July.

Victoria Vogue China (not Manchester, you liars)
This company claim to be Manchester based, says so in their title and they also have a photo of a shop that states "Victoria Vogue Manchester". However, they are very much based in China, not Manchester, and if you wish to return any items you need to cover the cost. To China. I would not have bought from this company had I known they were not based in Manchester but due to their barefaced lie, I went ahead and ordered 2 dresses. The quality of the material is diabolical and I've no idea what body shape they've used to cut the shape of the dresses but its certainly not for any woman I know. The material is gross, the cut is worse. Absolutely horrendous. Please avoid at all costs.
