I have never experienced a better communication between letting agency and tenants. I just can't thank them enough for everything they do.
Everyone so helpful and just a nice as people who actually care about every customer individually.
Just because of Kelvin we are actually get this house to rent.
He actually listen to me, understood and trusted me.
He's just doing so much above his job to help out people.
Other person Erelinda, she's so helpful posite and friendly dealing with all matters of the tenancy agreement. You don't need to think what you need to do or where you are at, she will explain and inform you of everything in advance.
Literately I'm just surprise that still exist such a nice and friendly people in these days, who just makes you feel comfortable, valuable and makes your life so much easier.

Efficient and professional service
The service received from Victor Michaels and in particular, Piyush Khatri, the agent dealing with my property, has been first rate. The property was part of an estate to which I was an executor. Piyush was very patient and was involved for two years from time of giving advice for renting to moving through to selling. He was understanding of a difficult estate, empathetic and treated all communications with respect. All queries were answered and he always responded promptly. Piyush recommended contractors , oversaw them working , he took all photos and managed viewings.Finally, he tenaciously persevered on getting a sale price above expectations. Nothing was too much for him. I highly recommend Victor Michaels and specifically Piyush Khatri - a diamond member of their team.
