I had a very frustrating experience with this app. I submitted a $100 redemption request, but my account was suddenly blocked with a message claiming I was located in a restricted country—which is completely incorrect. If that were true, I wouldn’t have been able to access or play on the platform in the first place. I’ve reached out to customer support twice and have not received any response, which is extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and transparency is concerning, especially when it involves pending funds. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly urge the company to improve its support response time and provide clear, accurate information to users
