Victrify 

I too ordered a garden spinner, it looked beautiful online. I received a very small spinner for $65.97. I was very upset and took it to the post office and included a letter requesting a refund. I didn't receive a refund so I emailed them and told them either give me my money back or return the sorry spinner. As of today I have received neither. I ordered it 09/20/2021.

Ordered 2. $131.94 Of course I never received them. Been trying since early Sept 2021 to contact them. My Bank statement shows the following:
Rowanviva.com which is no good. and shows a Dallas, Texas address. Going to send them a return receipt letter right now!

would give negative if i could. ordered 2 garden wind spinners and a battery operated rechargeable chainsaw and received 10 plastic hair clips and a chain. glad i paid with paypal and have a case pending. i hope everyone else claimed their money back too!
edit: 2 days later received a refund from paypal YAY! WARNING: always use paypal!

Total scam I to ordered garden spinners and received toy hair clips. I ordered four so I’m out $107 Canadian. They were quick to a to say sorry and continued to say my order was still coming. But now their email is not expected my emails. Scam scam scam.

Ordered a metal yard spinner. Only thing I recieved for $37 was a tiny plastic pinwheel with a little clip on it. It was a total scam!!!

Same as others stories as I received four pinwheels with alligator clips I stead if two garden spinners I ordered! And I was trying to avoid Amazon as bezos makes me crazy!
My bank is still making me jump hoops and document so I'm still hopeful.

I also ordered 2 wind spinners. I also got the 2 toy pinwheels with alligator clips. I didn't even connect the 2 together until I read the earlier reviews. PayPal and Facebook suck for not checking these people out before letting them RIP people off.

ordered 2 wind spinners got 4 plastic hair clips, was offered a pittance of a refund, PayPal were useless and unwilling to help other than suggesting reporting it to the police. How about shutting them down, stopping them from using PayPal as a payment method. I used Paypal because i thought they would step in when a problem occurs

no product received, no confirmation mail, no reaction to complaints, total scam!

I ordered garden items costing £45 items, in return I received 6 plastic hair clips. The company would not reply to emails, so I tried to get my money back through PayPal, they were useless too. They gave limited time to respond to their queries and every time I uploaded photos the site closed. I have lost my money now. Im furious with PayPal and can only advice people NOT to use Victrify, they are a complete SCAM. I can provide photos as evidence.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering total scam, total fraud, Facebook should do something about this

Yup! I ALSO was scammed. DO NOT order from them. So pissed off right now!

This place is totally a scam. You will not receive what you paid for. You will receive two toy spinners with hair clips on them?! They will not refund your money. They will not send a replacement. Please do not order from them!

I too have been caught out by this scam. Same as all others on this forum still emailing currently. The site needs to be taken down. I will be reporting this to actionfraud.police.uk, so they can hopefully do something to stop this.

I ordered 4 wind spinners, after several months, tracking said the item had been delivered, 3 days later a small, 3X4X6 inch box arrived. Inside were 8- 4 inch tall plastic, cheap pinwheels--with a return address from New Jersey. I have emailed back and forth with customer service about getting the correct items or a refund. If I send back to China the stupid pinwheels, maybe in 2-3 months I might get a refund or the correct items. Does this sound honest at all? now, I'm just out $80.

This place is a total scam. I ordered a metal wind spinner and after a month a received two plastic hair clips in a damaged box. Contacted them through two different emails but received no reply. Stay away!

This is a total scam might as well burn your money how they get away with this I just don’t know I would like a full refund

I am disgusted with this company thinking that they can get away with sending a product that wasn't what I ordered they need reporting to trading standards under the sale of goods act

My husband received the incorrect product. He ordered a wind spinner and then received clip on hair products.

He paid $24.97 for the wind spinner.

He has replied various times after to ask for the correct product or a full refund.

I have read other reviews to find that other customers have been treated the same as us.

This company needs to be closed down.
