Would never again buy furniture from vidaXL. First of all because the packages and furniture pieces were very dirty and second of all because the instructions are hard to follow.

Good lounge for the price except for terrible cushions which make it much less comfortable than it could be!
The lounge itself is comfortable and sturdy enough for the price. It was delivered quickly. The biggest flaw is the material of the cushions. They are awful, you keep sliding around on them because the material is so slippery. I will have to buy new cushions because you can’t sit very comfortably with the cushions provided. I would have preferred to pay a bit more for better cushions.

wouldnt count on a refund if it wasn't for PayPal
I have returned my order since the quality was truly awful.
I only got refunded after I contacted PayPal Help. Otherwise I was only getting copy-paste, generic messages from vidaXL customer services.
I think that says it all. Never would I ever dare to shop here.

the worst service ever
the worst service ever.
I ordered 2 black glass panels, they are all scratched ...
I contacted them and they told me they will replace it. Then I waited for 3 weeks. I contacted them again. They told me that the items are not in stock. Although, in the online website, a friend of mine still can order a piece.
I contacted them, they told me that I need to send them back the items, then in 72 hours, they will send me the new one.
Do you guys think I will believe in vidaXL anymore?

Spme of the parts were damaged by…
Spme of the parts were damaged by transport.
Some Parts din not really fit, so i had to make the fit.
Some numbers on the parts were wrong. The numbers did not fit to the guide.
Left/right was two times switched in the construction guide.
The material ist very very thin.

Delivery was timely
Delivery was timely, packages not damaged. The shipped furniture on the other hand was missing two mounting feet and generally was of below average quality. The polyrattan mesh was woven over some of the mounting holes for the screws, which made the assembly an unnecessarily painful experience. Also the stitching of the cheap quality pillows has some holes, which need repair. Ok for the price, but not very good.

It is cheep, things are normally ok, the telephone service is absolute horrible and the chat brings nonsence.

Worst service I have ever experienced!
We ordered a really bad quality garden door, which is literally not useable. I wrote vidaxl an email. They only offered me either 20€ or "new parts". But I answered that the quality of the door itself was the problem. Since then they never answered back. Worst service I have ever seen. I will never order from them again and will recommend everyone to stay away from that site.
