ordered a garden furniture set online and regret it a lot. the assembly was an absolute nightmare with screws missing, even holes for screws were missing. Half a pipe drilled…appalling quality.

The slow feeders are extremely good: they are soft and durable. They can be washed and maintain their smooth texture and their size.
I wish you could provide a bigger size, too. If they could measure 90 cm wide, it would be easier to fill them and one net would be enough for the night.

Quality of all products is very low. I have ordered curtains, bed, tables, shelves… All of them cost less than 15 CHF on Chinese sites, but they sell them up to 100 CHF an item. I don’t understand such quality could be sold in Switzerland! Should be banned here!

Customer service went silent after I sent them pictures of damaged goods (which were damaged because their packaging was not sufficient to protect the goods - it wasn't due to careless handling by the courier.)

No phone number. No answer. No joy.

Goods were as described.

I was gently suportet by Raluca, who helped me to solve the problem and I even got a financial compensation for the disagreement.

Tha package came fast and in time completely intact. The product was exactly like the pictures and the description.

Terrible experience, very disappointed. The construction manual was wrong, the bed broke, we had to through it away and buy a new one. I would not recommend this article for any reason. This should be refunded, the whole experience was terrible.

I have purchased twice from this company and both times one of the articles have come damaged.

My most recent order the item had the melamine chipped on the outer surface that would have been seen if mounted. I contacted the company and asked if they could either send me out a new items and take back the old one or provide me with exchange pieces.

The company representative has the arrogance to only offer me a 10CHF cashback. This would not even cover the replacement wood to fix the problem.

This is from a company, where there is a return policy on items within 14 days.

I would also like to say that there items are cheaply made and are not worth it.

So if you would like to order from them. BEWARE!! as it may come damaged and their customer service leaves very much to be desired.

Good, but once they accepted to refund and forgot to do it and I had to solicit.

What i ordered was not upto my expectation. I need to return the article. After my request VidaXL help contacts, gave me options and also helped me to return the material after repacking and pick up as well as returning the costs was worked out very smoothly and professionally.

Is that even real?

Would never buy again from this site. We purchased 4 fans. One of the fan's LED lights went out less than a year later. These LEDs are not able to be replaced so essentially the whole thing needs to be tossed. We were hessitant to buy this type for this exact reason but we read they are supposed to last forever.

Well, when I contacted customer service they told me they cant sell me spare parts. And their only offer was that they could give me 20chf back as a partial refund. The fan cost 130chf. I now need to buy and pay to install a new fan which will cost me another 200chf. I am very frustrated and disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I read on their site that they have a 2 year warranty on their products, but when I mentioned that they just danced around the question and said sorry the most we can refund you is 24chf and that's it take it or leave it.

Selling junk to further pollute the earth and waste money is disgraceful.

Had an issue with greenhouse. Falling down after a review on Trustpilot they contacted me & now given me a full refund. They seem to be an honest firm who I know I can trust in future
